Content systems at scale.
From global YouTube pipelines to BBC broadcast. Fifteen years building, coordinating, and shipping content that works.
Lead Editorial Coordinator
Owned the full editorial pipeline for one of YouTube's largest channels. Day-to-day this meant running the writer coordination system, driving trend strategy, developing formats, and working on thumbnail and title optimisation across a high-volume production schedule.
At this scale, the difference between a good editorial system and a great one isn't creativity: it's repeatability. Building processes that let 30+ writers produce consistently excellent work while still leaving room for the unexpected is the actual skill. WatchMojo tested every assumption about how content systems work and what actually moves the needle at scale.
